AGENDA 2025 - So zeitnah wie möglich

 

Wir brauchen uns im JETZT nicht darüber zu unterhalten warum dieser Planet in jener Verfassung ist, in welcher er sich befindet. Und, wir brauchen ebenfalls nicht Energie damit verschwenden, zu zerrreden warum die Gesellschaft der Menschheitsfamilie sich im JETZT in jener Konstitution befindet in welcher sie ist. Die Dinge sind wie sie sind. Was ist zu tun?

Nun, im JETZT eruieren was eines Wandels bedarf - die notwendigen Schritte dazu erkennen - einen entsprechenden Plan erstellen - und umsetzen.

 

Eine Dimension (oder in diesem Fall eine Dimension die als Planet bezeichnet ist) zu regieren und so zu verwalten, dass Land und Leute aufblühen, ist nicht schwer. Missstände wandeln und Innovationen einführen bedarf Liebe zu den Menschen und Mitgeschöpfen; und den Willen es zu tun.

Wie stets auch, wollen wir - will ich als schreibendes Element :-) - kurz gefasst formulieren.

Da wir diese AGENDA nicht gewürfelt haben, ergänzt sie sich nach und nach. Auf, dass Innovationen zum Wohle der Dimension Planet Erde und der Population der Menschheitsfamilie stets zügig ihre Umsetzung ins Gelebte, finden.

 

Agenda Punkt 1:

Aufgrund der Erfahrungen mit dem world wide web sehen wir als empfehlenswert an,, Jugendlichen ab einem Lebensalter von 14 Jahren den Zugang zum word wide web (nennt es Internet wenn ihr wollt, obwohl Internet eigentlich die Technik bezeichnet) freizugeben.

Zum Wohle der Kinder und Jugendlichen braucht es Schutzmaßnahmen die für sie greifen.

Wir empfehlen für Kinder und Jugendliche bis zu einem vollendetem Alter von 14 Jahren außer dem natürlich notwendigem Zugang zu schulinternen Intranets die Lernzwecken dienen, den Zugang zu Sozialen Netzwerken, Videoplattformen, KI-Robotiken bei denen  man auf absolut jede Frage eine Antwort oder ein Foto kriegt, sowie jeglichen Shopping-Anbietern, auszuschließen.

Ab einem Lebensalter von vollendeten 14 Jahren sollten Jugendliche empfohlener Weise nur Angebote aufrufen können respektive Seiten aufrufen können, die ab 14 Jahre - 16 Jahre - oder ab 18 Jahre, freigegeben sind.

Die Sicherheitsmaßnahme kann sehr leicht mit einer individuell zugeteilten Personenkennnummer umgesetzt werden. Diese Personenkennnummer wird jedem Bürger Europas bei dessen Geburt zugeteilt; und ist jeweils mit dem Kinderausweis respektive Pass verbunden.

Zum Wohle der allgemeinen Gesellschaft - aber in diesem Fall spezifisch zum Wohle der Kinder und Jugendlichen - sollte der Zugang zum word wide web generell nur über ein Portal zugänglich sein in welchem Jeder der das www nutzen will, diese individuelle Personenkennnummer eingeben darf.

 

Punkt 2:

Aufgrund der erweiterten Erfahrungen mit dem world wide web empfehlen wir, die unter Punkt 1 genannte Sicherheitsmaßnahme in allen Sozialen Netzwerken und Foren einzuführen. Dies impliziert einen sehr einfachen Vorgang, bei dem die jeweilige Person unter dem Vorgang der Registrierung in einem Sozialem Netzwerk oder einem Forum, ihre individuelle Personenkennnummer, eingeben darf.

Somit wird eine "wild west - Verhalten" der Individuen im www unterbunden, Hating wird unterbunden, da Niemand mehr sich anonym im sozialem Gefüge des www bewegen kann.

 

Wir empfehlen die Umsetzung dieser Innovationen zum Schutz der Kinder und Jugendlichen und zur Harmonisierung des sozialen Gefüges in den Weiten des world wide web, so zeitnah als möglich - innerhalb von 1 Jahr - umzusetzen.

Es ist kein Hexenwerk, das entsprechende Programm zu erstellen mittels dessen zu jedem Ausweis/Pass eine individuelle Personen-Kennnummer erstellt wird. Die Plattformbetreiber haben somit dann genug Zeit sich auf diese Anforderung einzustellen.

Wir empfehlen diese Sicherheitsmaßnahmen gesetzlich zu verankern.

AGENDA 2025 - As soon as possible

 

We don't need to discuss in the NOW why this planet is in the state it is in. And we also don't need to waste energy arguing about why the human family is in the state it is in in the NOW. Things are as they are. What needs to be done?

Well, in the NOW, determine what needs to change – identify the necessary steps – create a corresponding plan – and implement it. Governing and managing a dimension (or in this case, a dimension designated as a planet) so that the land and its people flourish is not difficult. Transforming grievances and introducing innovations requires love for people and fellow creatures; and the will to do it.

As always, we want – I want to, as the writing element :-) – to be concise.

Because we didn't roll the dice on this AGENDA, it's gradually being added together. Here's to ensuring that innovations for the benefit of the dimension of planet Earth and the population of the human family are always swiftly implemented.

 

Agenda Point 1:

Based on our experience with the World Wide Web, we recommend granting access to the World Wide Web (call it the Internet if you like, although the Internet actually refers only the technology) to young people aged from 14 years.

For the benefit of children and young people, effective protective measures are needed.

We recommend, that children and young people up to the age of 14, in addition to the obviously necessary access to school intranets used for learning purposes, exclude access to social networks, video platforms, AI robotics where you get an answer or a photo to absolutely every question, and any shopping providers.

From the age of 14, young people should only be able to access offers or websites that are approved for ages 14, 16, or 18. This security measure can be easily implemented with an individually assigned personal identification number. This personal identification number is assigned to every European citizen at birth, and is linked to each child's ID card or passport.

For the benefit of society as a whole – but in this case specifically for the benefit of children and young people – access to the world wide web should generally only be available via a portal where anyone wishing to use the internet can enter this only by its individual personal identification number.

 

Agenda Point 2:

Based on our extensive experience with the World Wide Web, we recommend introducing the security measure mentioned under point 1 in all social networks and forums.

This implies a very simple process in which the respective person can give their individual personal identification number during the registration process on a social network or forum. This prevents "wild west" behavior among individuals on the World Wide Web and prevents hate speech, as no one can move anonymously within the social fabric of the World Wide Web.

 

We recommend implementing these innovations to protect children and young people and to harmonize the social fabric across the World Wide Web as soon as possible – within one year.

It's not rocket science to create the appropriate program, that creates an individual personal identification number for each ID card/passport.

This gives platform operators sufficient time to adapt to this requirement. We recommend enshrining these security measures in law.
